If you looked at the development of GT5, it took them years and the budget must be astronomical. Why wouldn't it make sense for Sony to get another GT game on the PS3 when they already have the game engine, car models, and etc already established and have a 70 million base to sell it to. It is going to be a few years before you will see GT on the PS4 because they they need to build it from the ground up.

LOL, do you know how embarrassing that comment is. Outside of Twisted Metal and Sony Smash brothers, what titles that was on the PS3 last year that Xbox 360 owners don't have the option to buy? Oh yes, there was also Halo 4 and Forza Horizon too.
Agree, it will not be cheaper than £400 and probably won't be available until March due to the Sony wanting to launch in the US first. 8GB of GDDR5 is scarce at this point and expensive. If the Wii U was £250 and £300 at launch with specs that are so inferior, how in the world can anyone expect the PS4 to be £300 in in the UK?

Agreed, the PS4 is unproven and could be the next Betamax for all we know. After Spending all that time and money to make GT5, it is a no brainer for Sony to use the tools, engines and car models that are already in place to sell it to 70m customers and make lots of $$$. It is simple economic, people.

It would be tragic if my PS3 PSN library cannot transferred over to the PS4 like Journey. Hopefully Sony will find a solution for the digital and physical transferring of PS3 games. If the Next xbox allow this and the PS4 4 don't, it will be a big blow for Sony.

It is OK, as long as a Zelda, Metroid, and a sequel to Xenoblade Saga is in the work, I can care less about third party games on the Wii U. My X720 and PS4 will do that.

Yes, the Gaikai is the cloud, but the information that is stored in the cloud has to be transmitted to a system with the hardware capable of displaying those information first before a remote device can display that information on its screen.
